We are only as strong as our community and the people we call neighbors.

Grow Eau Claire was the brainchild of Don Byrne, a fellow marketer (he’s a pro video producer we’ve worked with for years) and Eau Claire resident. He has a great love for this community and wanted to do something to perpetuate the goodness that is thriving here. So, we partnered up on a project to benefit our city’s economic development efforts, and Grow Eau Claire was born.

The video platform, hosted on the City’s economic development website, is designed to showcase the city’s many great qualities, while keeping the local businesses and organizations visible, too. Businesses can sponsor the platform and grow their awareness among site selectors, new businesses coming to town, and new residents. Curious? Hit that button below!

This one is such a favorite…back when I (Erin) started at the Eau Claire Area EDC, I was involved in launching the Idea Challenge, a early-early-stage pitch/idea competition to encourage people to get their ideas off of napkins or out of their garages and get it into startup mode. For the last several years, I now have been on the judging panel to listen to pitches and move awesome ideas forward. There have been so many!! I love seeing the creativity, innovation, and bold thinking that entrepreneurs have here.

Non-Profit & Community Support

We were approached by the United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley to help with a child care initiative to support providers and families in the area. We assisted with promotion of their listening sessions and creating a brand and launch communications for a provider network. After the initial project wrapped up, we helped the network gain additional traction by helping with their website updates, Facebook ads, and emails. Almost 3 years later, they’re still going strong, and the provider network leader, Michelle, is doing amazing work as an advocate for child care support statewide.

Erin was invited to be on the Communications Committee for the FRC’s fundraising campaign for the Imagination Fund, a self-perpetuating endowment to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program. Their goal of $1.6 million would fund books for kids from birth to 5 years in Eau Claire County, forever.

Our work here includes consulting and implementation on fundraising communications, event planning, and community engagement, and monetary contribution to support the fund.

We’re still raising! Interested in learning more? I’d love to connect you with the team!
