We bring strategic marketing perspectives, expertise, and best practices to leaders of small companies by training, supporting, and organizing a network of capable, creative, responsible marketing professionals.
We further support small business growth by organizing and deploying complementary business consulting services in other functional areas like sales, customer experience, finance, HR, or operations.

We seek experienced professionals whose function interacts with or supports the customer journey.
We actively seek out consultants and clients who are in mid-size cities, towns, and rural areas; there is a lot of untapped talent in smaller cities and it’s where so many small businesses live, where their impact to their employees, families, and communities can be felt at a personal level.
We also encourage collaboration with universities, technical colleges, and other higher ed institutions. Many of our consultants have taught courses or mentored students who are entering a marketing-related field, and we will open up limited Junior Consultant slots to interns or recent grads to help guide them early in their career.

How Do I Work as a Four Peas Consultant?
You Are an Independent Contractor
You decide how much and when you want to work with clients. Once committed to a client engagement, you are responsible to see it through. If you need assistance in order to complete a project, reach out to the team!
Team Communication
Each month, our team of consultants meet to share project updates, ask questions, or find expertise if needed. These are not required, but are helpful to build lasting relationships. Project updates may be requested periodically from the Four Peas team to address questions or ideas.
Working Spaces
Your computer, your space, your tools. Working as a Four Peas consultant (and independent contractor) means you bring your environment with you.
Abundant Opportunity
You can work as much or as little as you want. Take on a client in addition to a full-time job; work seasonally so you can travel or flex your work around life; work locally or from anywhere! There are small companies all across the U.S. that need your help and would love to have your level of expertise at their side.
