What wE DO | One-Day Marketing Advisory Session

Let’s Get It Started

The Difference A Day Can Make

If you’re looking for a more in-depth advising experience for how to market and grow your business, our one-day marketing advisory session is just the ticket. We’ll get into the details and talk about your revenue streams, how products are priced for the market, and go-to-market plans, as well as help you set a foundation for solid marketing operations as you scale.

Our day consists of two 3-hour blocks, usually starting at 9am and concluding at 4pm with time for lunch. We will document insights, decisions, strategies, or to-dos as we go so you have a roadmap to follow by the time we’re done!

Four Peas will take you through:

  • Your Bigger Mission - Your “Why?” (What do you believe? Why do you exist? Who is your product/service for?)

  • Product, Distribution, and Pricing Strategies (SWOT, Target Addressable Market, Positioning)

  • Financial Goals for Growth (Revenue Streams, Realistic Revenue Targets, Budgeting)

  • 12-Month Revenue a.k.a. Marketing Plan (Content, Channels, Your Website, Your Personal Sales Plan)

  • Thinking Long-Term - 1-3 years Marketing Operations (Process Improvement, Marketing Ops, Outsourcing/Hiring)

One-Time Cost: $3,500

As my business has evolved, my messaging was unclear and I found myself executing random acts of marketing. Erin took me through several foundational marketing exercises that drove a renewed understanding of my ideal clients and the value I provide. After our workshop, Erin then assimilated all that had been discovered and delivered to me a robust action plan that is both strategic and tactical. I am excited to have a framework that supports all my marketing activities.
